What is JASME?

'Changing Medical Education from within...'

JASME is the Junior Association for the Study of Medical Education.

JASME grew out of and is still a subgroup of ASME (the Association for the Study of Medical Education).

JASME is a group run by "juniors" (medical students and doctors in training grades) primarily for juniors interested in medical education.

JASME consists of a committee of eight passionate people from a variety of geographical areas and backgrounds.

The new committee for 2006 is dedicated to application of our vision and mission statements via our interaction with outside organizations, students and junior doctors.

JASME is a growing organisation important in effecting changes in medical education

Membership to JASME is open to all medical students and junior doctors.
